Choo Chee Lobster - Episode 5
Recipe:
Ingredients
2 cups of Coconut Milk
4 tbsp of Thai Red Curry Paste
1 tbsp of Palm Sugar
1 tsp of Fish Sauce
3 Kaffir Lime Leaves
1 Lobster
Step 1 – Prepare the Lobster
1) In a pot, add in water and lobster.
2) Bring to a boil.
3) Strain the lobster.
4) Cut into two.
Step 2 – Making the Gravy
1) In a pan, add ¼ cups of coconut milk & bring to a boil.
2) Add in Thai red curry paste.
3) Add in palm sugar & the rests of coconut milk.
4) Add in fish sauce & kaffir lime leaves.
5) Wait until it simmer, & DONE!
To serve, pour the gravy on the lobster, garnish with whipping cream, finely sliced kaffir lime leaves, & sliced red chilli.
